Flex-Shield
A flexible radiant furnace heat shield produced by bonding graphite foil to a single layer of Carbon/Carbon composite. Flex-Shield is optimized to be extremely durable and yet pliable enough for bending.

Features:

	Insulation Protection: Prevents heat pack erosion from high velocity gas flows and protects the insulation package from damage due to dropped parts.
	Easy Installation: Covers the face of the insulation package by conforming to the walls of both round and square hot zones. Can be attached directly to rigid board insulation with drywall-type graphite or Carbon/Carbon screws.
	Increased Efficiency: Reduces convective and radiant heat transfer.
